ReSharper 3.0 Beta now available

The beta release of ReSharper 3.0 is now available for downloaded. The product now features support for VB.NET (Revisualbasicer?), XAML, as well as additional productivity enhancements.

ReSharper 3.0 Beta expands its versatile support of languages and technologies, providing improved functionality for C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML, XAML, build script editing and integrated unit testing.

In other improvements, ReSharper 3.0 brings much-awaited XML and XAML support. XML features include type completion, various navigation between tags, navigation to referenced types, basic code assistance, and live templates support. XAML features include XML editing in XAML code, all three types of ReSharper's code completion, several refactorings, and on-the-fly error, syntax and semantic analysis.

The new productivity-enhancing features include "Go to Symbol" navigation, Unit Test Explorer (a totally reworked Unit Test Runner), a smart To-do list, and others.

Looks like they're also changing their pricing model, and are offering versions which support only one language as well as one which supports both. It will be interesting to see how those compare with the previous price for what was a C# only product. As Jetbrain has always offered a 'buy once, get upgrades for life' approach with their licensing I'm wondering whether previous purchasers will get access to C# only, or to both. It's not too important to me as I don't do a lot of VB these days, however there are times when working with controls written in VB, or VB products like DotNetNuke where ReSharper would come in handy.
